Privacy policy

Reference draft. This text describes the product's intended practices. It must be adapted to the regulations of each country where bliq operates and approved by a lawyer before publication. The Spanish version prevails.

What data we collect

• Account: name, email, phone and country.
• Verification: ID document for creators, and company details for brands.
• Campaigns: published links and public metrics for each piece.
• Usage: pages visited and actions inside the product, to understand what works.
• Technical: device and IP address, also used to detect fraud.

What we use it for

To run campaigns, verify identity as regulations require, calculate and release payments, detect fraudulent activity and improve the product. We don't sell personal data to third parties.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed for the service to work: payment processing, identity verification, notifications and infrastructure. Each one only accesses what it needs for its job.

How long we keep it

Verification data and transactions are kept for the period required by applicable financial regulations. Everything else is deleted when you close your account.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to privacidad@bliqos.com. Applicable law varies by your country of residence.
